After talking with 5 firms the owner of Pro Ex, Steve, came to our home and after seeing the other reports(all 5!) he showed us three more areas of termites no one else saw that were quite obvious. Then even knowing the prices of the others he cut the lowest price by almost $200!!! And he gave us a better guarantee-3 years vs. 1-2 the others had. Then he told us that if we ever need to be refumigated(hope not) that they will give us $150 for lodging. no one else has anything like this because I called many more companies afterwards. The job went way better than expected and my roofing had only two broken concrete tiles which is what Steve had said would occur at the worst, 5 so they did great. The crew was very polite and helped me move some plants that were too heavy for us to move. Great company-great guy Steve, great crew and prices.Thanks Pro Ex Termite!! Job well done.

The owner came out himself, gave us a great price vs. 7 other "inexpensive" companies. He gave us a better guarantee also and his contractor is actually a licensed contractor who did work for way less than the other termite companies and everything looks awesome! Highly recommended!!!

"Steve didn't waste any time- he pointed out the obvious damage and moved right on to explaining the fumigation process. The fumigators bagged some items we had neglected and did their best to save some plants that were very close to the house. Excellent clean-up and the best guarantee we could find!!"
